Delete Account & Data Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from the MyEastern app, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: How to Request Account Deletion

You can request to delete your account by:

Sending an email to: info@easternhousing.com.pk
Subject: Delete MyEastern Account
Body: Please include your registered phone number and any other details needed to identify your account.

Step 2: What Data Will Be Deleted

When we process your account deletion request, the following personal information will be permanently removed from our servers:

Phone number

Profile photo

Uploaded ID card

Any other information linked to your account

Step 3: What Data May Be Retained

In certain cases, we may retain minimal information for legal or compliance purposes (e.g., transaction records). Such data will be securely stored and not used for any other purpose.

Step 4: Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification of your request.
