Grand Launch of Eastern City Walk by Eastern Housing On 23rd July 2025, Eastern Housing hosted the grand launch event of its newest commercial venture, Eastern City Walk, at the prestigious DHA Raya Golf & Country Club, Lahore. The event brought together prominent personalities, industry experts, and Eastern Housing’s trusted sales affiliates under one roof for a truly memorable occasion.

One of the event’s most remarkable moments was the special appearance of Eastern Housing CEO, Mr. Mian Abdul Samad, who addressed the attendees and shared his vision. He emphasized that Eastern City Walk is not just a commercial project, but the “Crown Jewel” of MAS Group. Inspired by global standards and Dubai’s modern development model, he highlighted how this project aims to offer a complete experience where people can shop, dine, live, and work — all in one place.

Director Sales & Marketing, Mr. Farhat Nawaz, presented the Master Plan of Eastern Housing Lahore, providing insights into the commercial zone’s investment potential, rental yield, and capital appreciation.
