We aim to successfully run this economic cycle with the help of following practical working programs under the umbrella of MAS Group to meet the Vision, Mission and objectives set for updated Manifesto of Eastern Housing | MAS Group till 2035.
These Programs will be executed and managed with concerned Commetties formulated followed by official Manifesto release on August 22, 2025. CEO Speech was significantly highlighting the strategy and methodology to meet the following Vision, Mission and Organizational objectives described in the Manifesto – A White Paper (Vision 2035).

EVOLUTION OF THIS LIFESTYLE TRANSFORMATION IN PAKISTAN
Plan M was initially a program set out by MAS Group for accommodating and directly or indirectly facilitating 100,000 families in Pakistan by 2025 while providing them the best standards of living above par to the international standards.
To accomplish the same and to enhance the beauty of Pakistan, the Group had set out a mission to serve for construction or development of 70,000+ Residential and Commercial Units along with related services for residents and members like Parks for the love of green, up-to-date and captivating Mosques for the spiritual soul, and Mini hospitals & Dispensaries at our Project sites or wherever needed to serve with best of our efforts. We at MAS Group also served for literacy and education to meet the Vision set under Plan M till 2025 earlier to this next decade organizational wide Vision till 2035.
Actually in its First Phase MAS Group intended to contribute 15 Billion PKR, by 2025, through our We Care (CSR) programs for helping the widows, orphans and deserving students who could not afford modern living. Few of our programs are worth highlighting like RSCP (Ramadan Support & Care Program), SASTA- DASTARKHAWAN and SEHAT-O-TALEEM AAM.
AAGHAZ
“Aaghaz” the beginning of transforming Pakistan through Plan M was the first team meet up of MAS Family held on 11th August 2017. Aaghaz was foundation seed that we had planted for the tree for transforming Pakistan to be remembered by the MAS Family throughout their lives. We organized many team meet up events upon every success of our mission for transforming Pakistan as we always look forward many more Pakistanis to join our MAS Family, and be a part of our mission of transforming Pakistan.
PLAN-M PRE TEAM MEET
That was the first team meet up of MAS family held on 24 Jun, 2017. At the end of the Holy month of Ramadan Pre team meeting was conducted to give briefing upon (Plan M). Mian Abdul Samad motivated the employees and conveyed the message to all that tomorrow will be a better then today so don’t ever lose your hope and patience. Every new day bring something better for you which helps you to accomplish your dreams. Do not ever fear from anyone excepts Allah. Dream big! And put all your struggles into them and have faith and believe on Allah.
Eastern is always concerned about it’s employees as well as customers. Dedication and hard work is the key to success of any employee at Eastern Housing and MAS Group. At the end of that meeting CEO Mian Abdul Samad presented soveniers and bonus rewards to employees to wish them the Eid Greetings in advance.
